It may become discouraging to begin developing better personal habits and lifestyles, but once you start noticing your life developing towards a better future, you will never want to stop. You can always develop better ways to do things and it’s important to always try hard towards any self improvement goals you have.

You really have to put yourself first in order to be of any help to anyone else, and accept that you will never be able to please everyone. This does not require you to put your happiness above everything and everybody else, but you should make sure to do things to make yourself happy. If you engage in actions and activities that are in line with your morals and beliefs, you will feel good about the personal development path that you are on.
